The Ultimate Guide to make the best Chicken Kosha | Bengali Recipes | Restaurant Style
Bengali’s favourite- Chicken Kosha - This is my take on a traditional kosha and can beat any restaurant on flavours ✨ Kosha is method slow cooking meat, usually mutton, on a very low heat for a long duration, to get a rich caramelised flavour in the gravy. This becomes a perfect partner to pulao or Luchi especially on any occasion ❤️ Why no aloo? Aloo usually adds starch in the gravy which changes the texture and taste. Making the caramelised taste milder 🙃 Detailed recipe is in pinned comment so make this for your family! 😇 [ Kosha , Chicken Kosha , Bengali Chicken Curry , Traditional Recipes , Bengali Recipes ] #bengali #chickenrecipe #chickenkosha #bengalifood #kolkata
