20min · 4 servings Ingredients • 1 lb ground beef • 3 cups (or 1 box) of beef broth • 2-3 cups pasta shells • 2-3 cups (or more) of preferred shredded cheese (I used 1 bag of sharp cheddar, half bag of Mexican cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella) • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tbsp cumin • 1 tbsp chili powder • 1 onion diced • 2 cans diced tomatoes (I used one can rotel and 1 can diced tomatoes) • 1 small can tomato sauce • 1 tsp parsley • Non stick cooking spray Instructions • Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray • Cook ground beef and diced onion together in skillet • Add cumin • Add paprika • Add chili powder • Add beef broth • Add both cans diced tomatoes • Add tomato sauce • Add pasta shells • Mix well • Add salt and pepper • Cook until bubbling then turn to low/
