Ingredients:
• 100 grams canned crab meat
• 300 grams canned tomatoes
• 100 milliliters heavy cream
• 1/4 onion, chopped
• 3 mushrooms, cut in half
• 150 grams penne pasta
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/3 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 teaspoon bouillon granules
• 5 grams butter
• 40 grams shredded cheese
• 1 egg
• Chopped parsley
Instructions:
• In a frying pan, heat some olive oil. Cook garlic, onions, and mushrooms until soft.
• Add in canned tomatoes, crab meat, cream, salt, bouillon granules, and butter and cook until heated through.
• Add in cooked pasta and mix until combined.
• Transfer to an oven-proof square dish and top with cheese.
• Crack one egg into the center and bake at 250 degrees C for 10 minutes.
