We had a blast taking classic cocktails and giving them a Malibu Rum twist for National Rum Day! Classic cocktails the Malibu way, to celebrate National Rum Day!
For Poolside Peach Bellini:
Ingredients:
• 4 ounces Malibu® Original
• 1 cup frozen peaches
• 6 ounces sparkling wine
• Gummy peach candy, for garnish
Directions:
• In a blender, combine Malibu® Original and frozen peaches.
• Pour into a champagne flute, top with sparkling wine, and garnish with a peach candy.
For Rum Palomas:
Ingredients:
• 2 grapefruits
• 4 ounces Malibu® Original
• 8 ounces grapefruit soda
• 1 lime, juiced
Directions:
• Carefully remove the top of the grapefruit, and remove the fruit inside, leaving the peel intact. Freeze for at least two hours.
