These Pumpkin Protein Cinnamon Rolls are gluten-free, egg-free, and lower in carbs and sugar. You'd never guess though because they're also full of cinnamon dough-y goodness with a pumpkin twist! The maple cream cheese icing is addicting.

• 1/3 cup 100% pure canned pumpkin, pure canned

• 2 tbsp Calorie-free sweetener* (i used one that's twice as sweet as sugar)
• 2 tbsp Calorie-free sweetener* (omit if using vanilla-flavored protein)
• 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
• 3/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 2/3 cup Sweetener, sugar free powdered
• 1 cup Unflavored or vanilla protein powder* (i used quest multipurpose protein baking mix)
Oils & Vinegars
• 3 tbsp Butter* (or vegan butter or butter flavor coconut oil, unsalted

• 4 oz Cream cheese* (can use, reduced fat dairy free
