Recipe Ingredients:Half a block of soft tofu (about 2 1/2 ounces)1 tbsp of dashi powder 1 1/2 tbsps of miso pasteA small sprinkle of dried seaweedA sprinkle of sliced green onions 3-4 cups of water Instructions:Simmer water and add dashi powder. Mix until dissolved. Mix in miso paste through a strainer to avoid clumps. Add seaweed and cube tofu into small pieces and add to pot.
