WORK IT: Use your finger, your Lanshin Gua Sha tool or Lanshin Hot Massager to make circles at Du 20. 3. Move clockwise slowly for 30 circles, or 1 minute. 4. Then, reverse and circle counter clockwise for another minute, or 30x. 5. Finish with Gua Sha strokes through the top of your head through Du 20 or tapping all around Du 20. 6.
