Well, here it is... my 1st ever review. So let's get into it.
What an absolutely GEM this anime is! As someone who didn't read the the previous material, I'm completely captured by this story. I can't get enough of it. The reason I even started watching was because of all the hype for the Manhwa/Novel. I'm so glad I did.
The artwork is beautiful.
The scenery is very immersive.
The characters are unique and interesting.
The story is very deep. There are dark moments for sure, and while the story flows very bubbly and fun for the most part, the tragedy under the veil is

Overpower coward main character who is awkward n shy suddenly made it to top 7 strongest mage. Story continue to down slide from 2nd episode with one off episode of dealing with difficult task or bad guys. It introduce unnecessary stuff like playing chess, dancing and a lot more nonsense to deal with her "growth" of awkwardness. If this kind of awkward people in the real world, it would be step on and not be top 7 powerful people. What's the purpose of this bad writing trying to teach people? You will never be an underdog being this shy in the real world. What a

This series is literally comedy gold. It doesn't rely on overly sexual jokes like many other rom-com series, and it's jokes are always unique and absolutely hilarious. There is great dynamics between the characters, and each character is built very well, especially the student counsel members. The music is also perfect adds perfectly to each situation.
Not everything is absolutely 100% realistic, some things being done to make it so the jokes work, but it is fine in my view because it creates even funnier situations and just makes you laugh harder.

So far, I’m really enjoying it. Both the character designs and the world-building show influences from many different anime. This doesn’t bother me because, rather than being a poor imitation, they have created a beautiful synthesis that results in an original work. I won’t go into too much detail, but I believe the vast majority of viewers will enjoy it, and it definitely deserves a chance. Also, "slow-paced" is probably the last word I would use to describe this anime. If you expect a shounen anime to have fights in every episode that end quickly, then you might consider it slow-paced. However, I rarely see

I was very sceptical of this adaptation at first but its actually really good, If you're like me and played the visual novel you will very likely find this adaptation satisfactory as it follows the game closely aside from a few very minor details, but if you didn't play then there might be moments where the whole anime feels out of place but that's nothing new for game anime adaptations, but nontheless a very solid anime even if you hadn't played the game, definitely the best game adaptation i've seen.

Kanata no Astra is honestly one of those sci-fi anime that’s executed incredibly cleanly.
It starts off looking like a simple planet-to-planet survival story, but the scale keeps expanding, the twists keep coming, and the best part is—none of it creates plot holes. Everything is revealed gradually while still maintaining a pace that never feels rushed.
What I really appreciate is how the anime builds the relationships between the characters. It’s not overly dramatic, but more like, “we’re a team, and we need to survive together.” Natural, warm interactions, with just enough tension every time they land on a new planet.

It not that often that we get a decent true "Space Mecha vs Aliens” anime, that isn't connected to the Gundam-verse. Knights of Sidonia works to scratch that itch without forcing you to dive headfirst into the chronological mess that is the Gundam series. If you prefer the militaristic dogfight style that space Mecha anime is known for with modern day animation fluidity; and a mature engaging story that keeps you wondering "How are they going to get through this fight, without everyone dying", tons of near misses and a greater overarching plot of something nefarious is going on behind the scenes that everyone's trying

Oh look, another artist's anime-girl self-insert by this guy. Oh look, it's just like that other one-shot he did about the artistic Sisters' rivalry... Yay
It has a decent start with actual purpose, an actual story. This is a great show but suffers from lack of stakes for me. The fun of the show is not the question of who will win, but rather how Tokuchi will get out of the shitty situation he is thrust into. This is a sports anime where the other teams cheat, or at the very least use unorthodox strategies that feel like cheating, and Tokuchi, the protagonist, is forced to come up with a strategy to get out of the situation he is thrust into. The owner of the team takes an antagonistic role, preying on Tokuchi's downfall in order to maximize profit (which, as

Starting this felt like a chore after episode one, but I stuck with it and got rewarded. The Brilliant Healer's New Life in the Shadows works because Zenos isn't another revenge obsessed hero. He runs his underground clinic like a business, charges for his services, and builds something real in the slums.
The supporting cast actually matters. Lily and the gang leaders have personality beyond standard tropes. Medical fantasy scenarios stay interesting. Animation holds up fine.
Pacing issues hold it back from greatness. Conflicts resolve too fast and lack weight. Some character shifts feel rushed.

A brocon anime about a girl excited to have a new younger step brother. But he doesn't want a step sibling.
His father remarried and they are now all living together.
Its a bunch of short 3 minute episodes about a sister showering her brother with love.
If you are into brocon/siscon comedy you should find this entertaining.
You also have the sweet on the outside but a witch on the inside class princess who's desperate for attention. She often butts head with the older sister.
Each character has their own silly personality.
The animation has a very hand drawn, brush painted look to it.
The soundtrack is nice.

Is it a great show? No. But its amazingly better than its predecessor. Our characters have some personality and short character arcs, and we have a plot that somewhat makes sense and has ongoing meaningful stakes. Its not an especially good story, but just those two facts set it apart from the original build divers, and create motivation and naturally generated scenarios for good old Gundam fights. Nothing is very sophisticated but the shorter number of episodes actually helps by keeping the material pacy.
The reason to watch it is the Gundam fights, which are passably animated but include some fun designs and the usual unusual ...

Top Tier animation!
I love how MAPPA showcases their 2D3D animations so well. For Denji, as usual in Season 1, he is still innocent and easily deceived. For Makima, she is always cruel that's where the fun is 😹. As for the storyline itself, it's not too wow, it's rather ordinary, appealing to the normal imagination. The ending of this film is brought to a laughing atmosphere, as if Denji and Reze forgot everything. Can't wait for season 2
Thank to Staff and Animators
Overall 8/10
Would you choose a country mouse or a city mouse?
The best choice is in your hands

This is maybe the worst anime I've ever watched.
This is genuinely written by someone that is utterly incompetent, actually incapable of writing.
It's offensively bad.
Don't be fooled by the initial couple episodes with "half" promising premise. It just keeps getting worse by the power of ten for each episode after that.
It wastes an excessive amount of time on what's apparently completely useless little stories of side characters that appear and disappear in a poof, only being around until the protagonists fix their romantic relationship. None of these little stories were even remotely interesting, except one that had an unexpected ending.

Just cool, if you like baki you will probably like this.
It also has some added context humour but it is mostly about being cool. I 100% stand behind their fights, they look cool, they feel cool and that is the only thing that matter for animes like these, one of the best animes of this season which sadly isnt getting enough attention.
I think a lot of the criticism you can give this series falls flat when it is not trying to be what the people that hate it wants it to be, it is just cool fights with cool characters, thats all.

Quick review here;
This anime is one of those "comedy" shows where there is only one singular joke reapeted over and over again. This scheme can be done right, but here it gets really pesky, and then slowly tranforms into being boring. Don't let the "action", "adventure" and "fantasy" tags fool you, there is hardly any of those outside the well known clishés. Adventurers guild, op sword, op main character, waifu, slaves, giant moster becomes a pet, etc.
Pros: I can hardly list any, so I would say there aren't any explicit scenes, nor any irritating character.
Cons: plain story, empty world, and same joke over and ...

As time goes on in the anime industry the regular cycle of adaptation from manga to anime now has a new branch, that of the light novel; a style of Japanese novel primarily targeting middle/high-school students equivalent to a novella in size. Over the years the light novel has gained traction and now a path of light novel to manga then finally to anime has been establish. However, for every good light novel adaptation there must be a bad one. For that we can look at From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman.

When taking a critical lens to RahXephon it is almost impossible divorce it from comparisons to its blatant inspiration Evangelion. This show makes use of characters, themes, aesthetics, etc that can be found in Eva. Despite this, the show still deserves its flowers for not absolutely bungling the execution on most of it and standing on its own in a lot of ways. Because of this the rest of the review will not include any comparisons to Eva and let the work stand on its own.

I loved this anime. The fights were very well done, the characters were incredible, and the ending was well-written. However, there was one thing that bothered me. I found the anime too rushed and underdeveloped; I believe it could have been better if it had been divided into several seasons or had more episodes, giving us time to get more attached to the characters and connect with them. Many deaths were unfair in my opinion (especially Tatsumi's and Shelle's). I believe the manga is better, but the anime is just as good. I recommend it, I believe this anime isn't for everyone, but I think

The issue i have with this anime is that it's not worth the time watching unless you are ok with anything.
If you want quality, go somewhere else since it's the tipical "loook" "loook" and ever more "look". There is no emotional or psychological elements. Just "Look".
So if you want to watch an anime where you don't need to be brain death while watching, this is not for you. If you only get impresed by how dressed up and "presentation" then this is the anime for you since you clearly don't need anything ...

Satsuriku no Tenshi has an intriguing story that unfolds methodically. I’ll admit it didn’t grab me at first, but the more I watched, the more I understood why it had been recommended to me. The ending was expected because of the promise Rachel made; however, I think the show missed the mark by not giving that part enough focus in the final episode. In that aspect, it definitely fell short. The work itself is coherent, but the secondary characters feel quite disposable in my opinion. The anime is good, and I do recommend watching it if it’s a genre you enjoy, but there’s nothing in

Tengoku Daimakyou is an extremely well-crafted anime. Its story is intriguing, filled with mystery and solid character development. It’s far from a monotonous work and actually feels like a mix of several other series, in a good way. The main characters are genuinely captivating — which is rare for anime of this genre. While watching, you can clearly notice the stark contrast between different realities in a world overrun by inexplicable creatures. I really hope they release a continuation, because I’m excited to see more. If you're unsure about watching it, the series is absolutely worth it and makes good use of your time, balancing

This anime was recommended to me, and I admit I went into it with high expectations. Overall, Engage Kiss is good, but it lacks that extra “spark” needed for the series to stand out and hold real relevance among others. The way the characters were handled often felt nonsensical, and the protagonist should have been explored in a different way. There are many incoherent — and even unnecessary — details throughout. Several characters feel bland, as if they were added just to fill space, since it seemed like there was nothing else to include in the anime. The protagonist is bland as well, along with

I like this show. It is funny and works so well as a parody. I found the most enjoyment on my third/fourth rewatch (can't remember which one it is at this point) showing it to my little brother who's just getting into anime. The crablante shit is so funny, I love having the villains hyped up so much only for Saitama to show up and just beat them in one punch. The show is great, it just works. My favorite character is Mumen Rider, who is the only hero in the entire show who is being a hero because he wants to save people. He

The anime itself is quite debatable at certain moments, especially when it comes to the protagonist. However, the work stands out among others by delivering a sudden emotional impact to the viewer — something rare in this genre. At the same time, it remains fluid, never rushing through details or “forcing new information” into the story, except at the peak of the plot, where this break in pattern was necessary. I didn’t set any expectations when I started watching it, and halfway through I found myself wondering, “Why did I take so long to watch this masterpiece?” This is the only anime that has ever

If your show comes back for a third season after years and still can’t make people care, then it’s failing. One Punch Man Season 3 proves that. Just because the first two seasons were popular doesn’t mean the story or the anime are worth watching now. Honestly, it’s just an anime about a bald guy who can defeat anyone in one punch and nothing else. There is almost no real story, and it barely tries to have one.

“Violence Jack: Hell's Wind” is what happens when You finish a trilogy with trash.
Finally. The last movie in the “Violence Jack” saga. It stands out from the rest by having interesting characters and absolutely wasting them. Ok, now I'm just gonna say my honest thought about this anime (I've done watching the entire Monogatari series). No spoilers, so don't worry.
First, this anime is dialogue heavy with some flashing text that you can pause and read (or just ignore it), though it would be better if you read it, as that will give you context about what is happening.
Second, if you want to see anime with action, then this anime clearly is not for you, though I can say that this anime has a few action scenes (and that action scene is really good.) Also, you can watch the Kizumonogatari movie if ...

If your series has been running for more than 28 years and still doesn’t have that many fans or real success, then you’re just a failed project. It’s not surprising that One Piece is the highest-selling manga of all time, because it’s long and people usually don’t buy the whole manga anyway. Just because something is famous doesn’t automatically mean it’s good.
As someone who has only watched up to episode 150 of the One Piece anime, the experience honestly feels tiring and disappointing. The pacing is already painfully slow even this early in the series. Episodes drag scenes out for way too long. Fights stretch ...

The animation truly fine, even better than Isekai Shadow "Iam atomic".
But the story? It so template, I cannot like it. Like… what the hell? CCTV, nanomachines, dragons, dragon gods, guns, and they can fly to the moon? Verily, such tale is utter rubbish.
The logic is lost, horrible or simply illogical, the setting is chaos, like a drunken bard who forget his own song. Story development? A rotten apple—soft, foul, and wasted.
Average main character with god-strength for no reason. Dialogue too many yet say nothing, like wind dancing through empty halls.

I honestly don’t understand why some people dislike this show just because they don’t fully grasp what the story is about. Not every anime needs a super complex or dramatic plot to be enjoyable. Spy x Family isn’t just about the mission it’s about enjoying the everyday moments of Anya and the Forger family. Some shows are meant to be fun, wholesome, and character driven, and that’s exactly what makes this series special.
Characters – 10/10

When in doubt, yell a bunch and shoot it. 4/10
TL:DR; Might be fun for teenagers looking to kill some time with some cool visuals. As an adult, it was painful to get past 5 episodes. Characters are caricatures and struggles are simple. Even the setup is nothing unique among the genre: an experienced ____ finds an amateur ____ just having awakened his ____. He judges him for the lack of control over his ____, then is shocked that he starts to control his ____ after he explains it to him for an episode. Proceed to meet other amateurs, and monster-of-the-week ensues.

I personally really love this anime, I know many people seem to hate on it but I don't really see why. It has great animation, charming characters, a cool world, interesting plot, there is just so much to love! Its not perfect and lacks occasionally when it comes to pacing seeming to go slower, but I believe that's the point. Taking life in one day at a time, knowing that yours days will come to an end. The story is decently unique but also familiar, the artstyle and fight scenes are really well done being weighed by good choreography instead of just flashy colors. I

This might be the best Shinkai's piece amongst his other works.
First of all, CoMix Wave do not disappoint me with their stunning animation. Just like their previous work on Your Name and Weathering with You, they served us with amazing visuals, like the sceneries for example. You can just see how much work they put into the animation alone.
Aside from that, the story is great. It was a very interesting concept for sure, and they did not waste any time by dragging the duration. Every second in that 2 hour feels important for the plot. And how they did the intense scene is ...

It's a pretty good adaption of the old testament, especially if you're not much of a Christian, it's still enjoyable to watch even as an adult since this was my very first anime I watched as a kid. I speak both English and Spanish so I don't really had to struggle finding all the episodes. I prefer to watch this series in Spanish(Spain) and I think it was good. The intro, at least in the Spanish version, is a masterpiece and I'm not exaggerating. It hits deep in my heart and brings out that sense of calming but also desperation call. I highly recommend this

I dropped "this" at the 4th episode. You might ask, "Why?" and the answer is easy. My college life has done nothing to deserve watching this waste of time. I have seen people many times genuinely giving overrated scores to some overrated mid ahh animes, and this is too much. If this were your first romantic anime, you might enjoy it, but as a person who watched all of those popular romantic series, this show is very predictable. And beyond that, even worse, this show is a story about 2 robots arguing about human emotions. None of the dialogue from the start feels right; those

Calling this "bad" would be unfair.
This anime is clearly aimed at a teenage audience and I think that if you like the genre (comedy romance I guess) and are either in that age or in a mood compatible with this not particularly refined storytelling, you might enjoy it.
It's not deep, it's not written masterfully, but it definitely doesn't suck.
It's moderately entertaining, and I am neither in that age nor in the mood for it, so I dropped it, but I can still recognise that it's potentially entertaining for the right people.
That's why I mark it as "mixed feelings". It's not one of those anime that ...

Went in with zero expectations, absolutely no idea what to expect whatsoever. But I can confidently say this was peak show. The start is slow, a good build if I say so, how the characters slowly develop, get stronger throughout training mainly Asta since he has no magic at all. But as it progresses, it gets better and better with each fight. There were some lighthearted moments that gave you a breather during major events, or after events which was refreshing to see, a little bit of relax and casual moments other than training and fighting.

Funniest cultivation donghua ever seen .
Story is not unique but their storytelling is excellent
Art style is good very fitting for story
Characters are very funny , All Characters who associate with Protagonist in friendly manner are eye candy , their interaction is really humorous with well timed jokes and laughs .
Mc smug face , dramatic nature , overconfident talks with light humor makes this series worth it. Witty humor , mellow drama , sarcasm , music , bgm everything was good .
I will recommend this series . Big no for those who are very picky and overcritical about graphics and ...

In my opinion better than the 26 episode show.
It makes every bit of Evangelion more clear and allows you to understand the portraited world way better.
After watching the show, go watch TEoE and come back to rewatch the show to understand it perfectly (or close to perfect).
The lore goes deeper, clears so many thinks out and in general makes the story more pleasant and the characters development wasier to see/view. I will definitely have to come back and rewatch the 26 episodes and I won't be like "man that's weird" anymore but more likely "damn, EoE told me so much lore that everything in this ...

Okay, so where do I even start? I’ve read the entire Mechanical Marie manga, and I loved it.
I know it’s a silly rom-com, but sometimes I just like to turn off my brain and enjoy these kinds of series.
So when I saw that the manga was getting an anime adaptation, I was really happy—until I actually watched it. I couldn’t even get past the first 10 minutes without noticing that something felt wrong in some of the scenes. And then it hit me: they used generative AI images. I’m sorry, but that’s just outrageous.
It completely ruined my experience. I’m not going to continue watching something ...

This is a really strong continuation of the Fafner saga. It is, however, just that- you really need to watch at least the first series, and probably the films, to fully follow along.
Its probably the peak of Fafner. Its substantially about super robot fights, and we have some fun robots with new abilities and enjoyable combat and designs. Even more than that, though, its an ensemble cast character based show. Themes of hate, some light body horror, sacrifice, war, guilt and some light existentialism are explored through a likeable group of pilots and others. This is delivered through solid enough animation with a great ...

My first experience with a work from Takahashi Rumiko.
First of all, I haven't seen the original anime so take this with a grain of salt but I really got the feeling that MAPPA did a stellar job with this remake. From start to finish it's just really immaculate on the vibes which I found to be the strongest thing of the show. It's very old school (80s Japan) but looks very modern at the same time. And I'm not just talking about the iconic character designs but also smaller things like including sound effects in the visuals and while sometimes feeling outdated, keeping all the ...

I watch a lot of isekai, and this one positivley surprised me,it has a distinct felling even though it feels very similar to overlord
The story was preety good, nothing too special but you can see that there was work put into it-it looks distinctly not lazy
The animiation was on the higher rung of the middle of the ladder, nothing earth shattering but certanly what can be called good
The characters felt a bit underwhelming, the only exception being The Sheep(ram?)-they had a well developed personality.
