Who We Are
Nova Ukraine is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid to the people of Ukraine and raising awareness about Ukraine in the United States and throughout the world. Thanks to your generous donations, we fund a variety of projects to help the people of Ukraine and to strengthen Ukraine’s democratic society. The Nova Ukraine team and volunteers have been working tirelessly to help those in need. We greatly appreciate the overwhelming support from the community. Our Impact So Far
Since 2014, Nova Ukraine has run a variety of successful humanitarian projects in Ukraine. Since 2022 to date, we have raised over $180 million and have helped over 12 million Ukrainians with an operating expense percentage in single digits.

Heal provides life-saving medical help, from evacuation and emergency care to rehabilitation. Nova Ukraine works to strengthen hospitals, train medical staff, and improve chronic pain care nationwide.

For 20 years in a row, Ukraine has consistently qualified for the Eurovision final since it began participating in 2003 and won in 2004 with Ruslana's "Wild Dances," in 2016 with Jamala's "1944," and in 2022 with Kalush Orchestra's "Stefania."

Did you know Ukraine has never missed a Eurovision final and has won three times: Ruslana in 2004, Jamala in 2016, and Kalush Orchestra in 2022. That year, Kalush Orchestra nearly broke the audience-voting record, earning 439 out of 468 possible points.

Nick Bilogorskiy, Chairman of Nova Ukraine, spoke about the impact of Nova Ukraine’s work and emphasized the urgent need for ongoing global support.
The next morning, Nova Ukraine CEO Ambassador Erin E. McKee joined leaders and experts in Washington, D.C. for a discussion on democratic governance, accountability, and what it truly means to win the peace.
The two conversations are inseparable.
"Democracy doesn't survive on ideals alone. It needs people who are healthy enough to participate, safe enough to speak freely, educated enough to lead, and supported by allies who refuse to look away,” stressed Amb. McKee during the discussion.
At Nova Ukraine, we see this every day through work that bridges immediate response with the long-term transformation Ukraine is building for itself across healthcare, infrastructure, education, civil society, and advocacy.
