The visuals and music are super incredibly lovely, but there isn't a whole lot to do. Unless I'm missing something, it's just clicking and buying the one upgrade that increases clicking power, which means that's all there is to do until you get enough for the center upgrade, which isn't very fun. I hope you add more, because the visuals and music alone make it nice to just have <3
