Samen helpen we klanten aan het juiste voertuig en maken we van elk contactmoment een goede ervaring. Rick begon hier als stagiair en werkt sinds een paar maanden écht mee. Maarten werkt hier al bijna 4 jaar en kent de Vans-markt als geen ander. Hoe zo’n week er bij ons uitziet? Kijk mee! 💬 MAANDAG Als er twee klanten interesse hebben in hetzelfde voertuig, moeten we goed afstemmen. Wie heeft 'm gereserveerd? En wat is de beste match? Samen zorgen we dat het voertuig bij de juiste klant terechtkomt. ⚽️ DINSDAG In de pauze is het tijd voor ontspanning – met een fanatiek potje tafelvoetbal. En ja, er staat regelmatig een McFlurry op het spel. 📞 WOENSDAG Rick: Als Client Advisor help ik klanten via WhatsApp en telefoon. Vaak zijn het nieuwe klanten die ik rustig uitleg geef over hun opties. Maarten: Ik focus me op bestaande klanten, volg aanvragen op via de website en pak nieuwe leads direct op. 🚚 DONDERDAG Rick: Vandaag legde ik aan een klant alle opties van een bus uit – inclusief uitleg over Financial Lease. Maarten: Ik leverde een bus af aan een tussenpersoon uit Duitsland. De klant komt uit Nigeria. Dankzij videobellen en video’s verkopen we soms wereldwijd – letterlijk. 🌍 🍕 VRIJDAG Vrijdag is lunchdag bij Vans! Iedereen schuift aan voor een gezamenlijke maaltijd. Van zelfgemaakte quiches tot broodjes knakworst of snelle pizza – elke week verrast een collega ons met iets anders. 👉 Zin in een werkweek die geen dag hetzelfde is?
