Here is step by step how I do my big bouncy volume curls. Let's go. First, I'm going to apply a heat protectant. This is just one that I have here. Bondi Boost. I'm not trying to damage our hair. I'm going to be using my Shark Flex style for this. You could also use the Dyson Air Wrap or you could do the same thing with a curling iron. You're going to do the same method that I'm going to show you. I prefer to start working from the bottom section of hair. Curled upwards and not under. Once it's nice and hot, you're going to just take this curl and you're going to pin it just like that. Cools in the curl. It's going to make it last. So, this is about how much hair I use. Look at this like a half inch section. Pin it. All of these. Done. We're going to leave this top section from the temples. All the way back. This front piece and I'm going to curl it all away from my face. And all of these I'm going to be curling under. Keep the curl intact. Tighten it up. Pin it. We need a caffeine break. All that done. We just have to do the mohawk part. We're going to start with this back section and curl that forward. The next section we're going to curl backwards. Now the bangs we're also going to curl these backwards. We're all done. Hi Typically, I'll do my hair first and then go do my makeup and let these cool. Once my makeup's done, I'll take them out to be about 15 minutes, but if I can leave them in even longer, the hold will be even better. They're all cold now. Let's take them out and show you how they look. Whenever I do this to my hair, I have flashbacks of my dance recital days, Shirley Temple ringlets that my mom would do to my hair. You gotta trust the process. Shake 'em out. Once you shake 'em out, you get the most amazing body and they'll loosen over the next few days. You can add some texture spray or some more hairspray if your hair doesn't hold curl but just trust me. It'll make you feel like a million bucks. Bye.
