Courtney Holsworth on Instagram: "Homemade medicine balls that are actually good for you!❤️ Chop up: 5 full lemons (wash well) 1 three inch piece of ginger (wash well) Blend well with: 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup coconut water Pour into molds/ice cube trays and freeze. Brew some mint tea with boiling water. Place one heart in your cup and enjoy. ❤️ Notes: you want to blend these really really well, otherwise you’ll have little chunks floating around in your tea. A food processor would be great or tea cups with built in strainers for loose tea work awesome! (You can just pop the heart in the strainer part). The frozen heart does cool down your tea a bit, you can warm it up after. :) You can also add additional honey if you like it sweeter. This made about 48 heart molds for $15ish. (!!!)
