RUTINA FÁCIL con PESAS PARA TODO EL CUERPO. No necesitas mucho tiempo para hacerla ¡y vas a fortalecer todo! Los ejercicios se hacen por pares (hacemos el primero luego y el segundo, repetimos tres veces ese par de ejercicios; hacemos lo mismo con el tercero y el cuarto, y luego con el quinto y el sexto). Repeticiones, las que podamos, pero esforzándonos. Peso, uno que nos suponga un reto. Todo depende de vuestro nivel de entrenamiento. Si nunca habéis entrenado es recomendable que os guíe un profesional. En @o2cw donde yo entreno, hay varios monitores para aconsejaros. ¿Quién se anima a hacerla y me cuenta qué tal? ¡Ah, importantísimo calentar antes y estirar después!
