Made with just a few simple ingredients, this 3-layer spread is the perfect gift—or a little treat for yourself. Start by blending: 4 cups raw pistachios 1 cup icing sugar 3/4 cup avocado oil Once smooth, divide the mixture in half: * To one half, fold in toasted kataifi that’s been browned in butter for a crunchy, nutty layer. * To the other half, mix in 100g melted white chocolate with 1 tbsp butter until silky smooth.
