There's also the subtle warmth from allspice, a common ingredient in Nordic recipes! You'll love all the big chunks of salmon, potatoes, and carrots in this creamy broth with homemade fish stock. It's the perfect soup for that transition from winter to spring, but it's really great any time. It comes together in under an hour!
