Ingredients: 2 cups cooked brisket, shredded 1 pre-made pie crust 1/2 cup barbecue sauce 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 2 jalapeños, sliced (seeds removed for less heat) 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup diced onions 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp olive oil Fresh cilantro for garnish Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a pie dish with the pre-made crust and set aside. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent, then stir in shredded brisket, barbecue sauce, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Cook for 2–3 minutes. Spread the brisket mixture evenly into the pie crust. Top with sliced jalapeños and a mixture of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
