Full recipe below ⬇️ 👉INGREDIENTS 140g (1 ½ cup) of oats 130g (½ cup) of peanut butter 60g (3 tbsp) of honey 450g (2 cups) of vanilla yogurt Mixed berries 👉METHOD 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. 2. In a large bowl combine oats with peanut butter and honey. 3. Scoop oat mixture into 6 greased muffin cups, and press the mixture down with a rolling pin to form a cup. 4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, let cool down, then carefully remove from the pan. 5. Perfect paired with a cup of coffee in the morning. makes 8-10 cookies Ingredients: 2 spotty bananas 4 tbs cashew butter (feel free to sub for almond or peanut butter if needed) 1 c rolled oats 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 tsp cinnamon Directions: Preheat oven to 400F. Mash the bananas, add cashew butter and cinnamon and mix well. Mix in the oats to the batter and stir well. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll the cookies into balls with (I used a tablespoon to scoop) and place on a baking sheet sprayed with coconut oil. Bake for 18-20 minutes. *notes!!!! You can bake these cookies at 350 for 20-22 minutes a
