Pumpkin Pasta Dough Ingredients: • 250 g pumpkin purée (1 cup) • 225 g flour (1 cup + 3/4 cup) 1. Prepare the Pumpkin Purée. If using canned pumpkin purée, measure out 1 cup. If using fresh pumpkin, roast or boil, then purée until smooth. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin purée and flour. Mix until a dough forms. 3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. 4. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt. Cut the dough roughly with a scissor into the boiling water. Cook the fresh pasta for about 3 minutes or until al dente. Fresh pasta cooks faster than dried pasta. 5. Once it's ready, added to your favourite sauce and enjoy. Butter Sage Sauce Ingredients: • 50 g butter (4 tbsp) • 25 g grated parmesan cheese (1/4 cup) • Fresh sage leaves 1. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add fresh sage leaves and sauté until the butter turns golden 2. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it directly to the pan with the sage butter. Toss the pasta to coat it in the flavorful butter 3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the pasta and continue tossing until the cheese melts and coats the pasta evenly. Add some pasta water to help combine all the ingredients together. 4. Garnish with additional Parmesan and sage leaves for a finishing touch. Start by placing the spiral noodles in hot water. Add a little salt, mix and let it cook. And the personal point is al dente, don't overcook it, okay? Five minutes is enough. Now add a generous drizzle of olive oil to a pan. Add three chopped garlic cloves and let them brown. Once they're golden, add a chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes. And let it saute for 2 minutes. Then add two tablespoons of tomato extract. It has to be very concentrated. Mix and let it cook for 2 minutes. Now, add a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of oregano, And remember that the seasoning is to taste. You can add as much seasoning as you like. At this point we can add 100 milliliters of milk. Mix and let it blend into the sauce and it's very quick, two minutes at the most. Now I'm going to add 100 milliliters of water because I want it to be a very juicy sauce. Mix again and then add a carton of heavy cream. And grated mozzarella cheese. I'm using 100 grams here but you can use as much as you like. Add a tablespoon of butter and then add the pasta What a treat my loves, this pasta is perfect, it's mouth watering. And I want to send a very special kiss to Margaret De Lima who lives in Boa Esperanza Minas Herraz and is always here watching us thank you so much for your love Margaret and also a super special kiss to Angela Maria DeFretos from Mosoro in Rio Grande Donorte who also loves our recipes thank you so much for your love Angela and it only takes three minutes for it to come to the boil I'll finish here with a little grated mozzarella on top and some chopped parsley and look at this perfection people. All the crispy cheesy edge pieces of lasagna, in every bite! http://ow.ly/Ogmj50NJPNZ | By Giada | Alright, let's be honest. Who doesn't like the crispy part of lasagna? It is my absolute favorite and I think I have perfected it with the chic pan lasagna. Combine ricotta with sauteed spinach, red pepper flakes and garlic. Next, cook spicy Italian sausage and onion. Then combine with marinara sauce. How cute these are? They're basically cut up lasagna sheets. Add the sauce in with the tacole pasta and then mix with mozzarella and parm. Now take a moment to bask in this cheesy perfection. Spread it out on a baking sheet and this is the best part. There's no layering required. Yes. This is a crispy lasagna club only. Dollop the ricotta mixture on top and more cheese of course. And drum roll please. Does that not look insane? I mean it looks pretty dang good. I just want a picture of me in lasagna.
