1hr 5min · 10 servings Loaf Ingredients • 3 cups cooked green lentils (about 1 cup dried, or can use canned) • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds+6 tbsp water • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 large onion, chopped • 4 garlic cloves, chopped • 1 large carrot, chopped • 1 celery stalk, chopped • 1 red bell pepper, chopped • 2 portabello mushrooms, chopped • 1/2 tsp salt • 1 tsp pepper • 2 tsp paprika • 1 tsp dried oregano • 1 tsp dried parsley • 1/4 cup red wine • 2 tbsp tomato paste • 2 tbsp ketchup • 1 tbsp tamari • 1/2 tbsp vegan worshershire sauce • 1/2 cup quinoa, (already cooked) • 1/2 cup oats Glaze • 1/4 cup ketchup • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar • 1 tbsp maple syrup
