Ingredients:
• Cooked tortellini
• Mini mozzarella balls
• Sliced/cubed ham and/or salami
• Green or black olives
• Cherry tomatoes
• A few tbsp of Italian dressing
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and serve as a salad, or add to skewers. Refrigerate until time to serve. Refresh with a little more dressing if needed.
