Peanut Sauce Udon Noodles I doubled this dish, made it without shiitake and broccoli (didn’t have them), used rice wine vinegar, and added half each of a red and green bell pepper, and some shredded rotisserie chicken. Added half the amount of crushed red pepper. Served with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
