Greek Style Loaded Hummus | Olive & Mango

Great for summer get togethers!! Perfect with pita chips!

* 1 medium cucumber, diced
* 2 green onions, thinly sliced
* 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp olive oil
* 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
* 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
* 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
* 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
* Jalapeño or Serrano pepper thinly sliced.

* freshly cracked black pepper
* One cup plain Greek yogurt
* 16 oz feta cheese

1. Dice and slice cucumber and fresh herbs .
2. To a bowl add cucumbers and green onions. Add the 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons lemon juice . Mix.
3. Add the fresh herbs and Serrano pepper if using. Marinate for 30 minutes.
4. Whip the Greek yogurt , feta cheese and one tablespoon lemon

Ingredients
3/4 cup water (165ml)
2 1/4 tsp instant dry yeast (7g)
3/4 cup milk (165ml)
4 tbsp granulated sugar (48g)
Pinch of salt (2g)
4 1/4 cups flour (560g)
4 tbsp butter (55 g)

For the Butter Layer:
2 stick butter 226g

Instructions

In a large bowl (preferably of a stand mixer), add flour and make a well. Add sugar, and salt over the flour. Add water, milk, and yeast to the well. Make sure salt and yeast don't touch each other directly!
Mix them well until combined for about 3-4 minutes. Add the room temp butter and knead the dough using a stand mixer or hand for 7-8 minutes. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10-15min. Then knead the dough for an additional 4-5 min.

Save this recipe for when you need to make last-minute cake.

Recipe:
1 seedless orange (unpeeled and preferably organic)
250 g flour (2 cups)
3 eggs
200 g sugar (1 cup)
16 g baking powder
90 ml vegetable oil (like sunflower oil) (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
60 ml milk (regular or plant based) (1/4 cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and cover in parchment paper a 7 inch (18 cm) cake pan.
