A Bloomin Quesadilla is perfect for large parties | A Bloomin Quesadilla is perfect for large parties Rachel makes the best appetizer for any occasion using just a few simple ingredients to create a snack... | By Kiera & Ryan & Danny & Justine | With a large mixing bowl get some pulled chicken. Okay this is a shredded pulled chicken that I got at the grocery store. Okay this is premade a rotisserie chicken or rotisserie chicken. Um and just want to dump those right in there okay? So this is two pounds total right in your mixing bowl. Next, you're going to grab some Rotel. This is just the original Rotel. They have mild. They've got spicy and hot but I wanted to use the original for this particular recipe today. This is a great one for parties. With the rotel, you have to use cheese, okay? So, I went ahead and shredded some Colby Jack cheese, okay? And I actually shredded and blended this because I left the little blade in my food processor but I think this is going to work out even better 'cuz when we get this completed, this recipe is going to be nice and melty with this cheese. So, it's going to be great this texture. Next I have my three pound tub of daisy sour cream. Alright? And I'm just going to grab my little scooper and take two big scoops. So this should equate to about a cup. Maybe a little bit less of sour cream right in there with our two pounds of meat. Then super easy. Just add some taco seasoning. Okay? So this is the less sodium but whatever taco seasoning you want to use is fine. I'm going to use about half of the packet. Right? I noticed they have a zesty one and a spicy one too. So I bet those would be delicious in this mixture as well. Okay. Now we're just going to combine all of our ingredients. Okay? Really mix that chicken in there with those tomatoes and cheese and try and get all that taco seasoning mixed throughout. Okay? Just takes a second. It's going to be a hit at any party you have. Friends are going to love it. You're probably going to love it. My guess is the kids are going to love it. I can't wait to share share with you how we're going to put this together. It's so cute. My gosh. A margarita maybe for Cinco the Mayo. Or just a nice warm summer day. Oh my gosh. This will be so great. Okay, so that is mixed. And we can go ahead and set this aside. We're going to bring in one of our tortilla triangles, okay? So, just set your tortilla triangle and you're going to put one little scoop right on there, okay? Just like that. Okay and then, we're going to actually go a little different than we would normally. We're going to roll this guy into a little cone. Okay? And we're just going to work our way through our tortillas one at a time. Tortilla. And a little scoop. And then roll it up. Yummy. Look at that. So tasty. Okay. Here I have a parchment paper lined pizza pan. Right? We're just going to set this guy up for our little rolls. They're so cute. Okay. So just place these rolls one at a time. All the way around in a circle. With our first layer down. Grab some shredded cheddar cheese. Just do a nice little layer across. Little more cheese. Alright? Take this and put it right into the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Make sure you take your marker out. Let's go. Would you look at this? It's like a blooming quesadilla. Alright, so just take your glass and put it right back in the center. I like to use some salsa. This is mild so everybody will enjoy it. But you know. Most people like to say salsa. Everybody likes to say salsa. Right? Put that there. You can make it look pretty if you're having a little party. Okay so just like get some cilantro. I said it like that. It's cilantro. Singing. What am I doing here with my hands? Alright. Sometimes your hands just like don't do what you tell them to do. That's me. Okay. So cute and like a little lime, right? Get it? How adorable, okay? So, the taste test. Of course. Let's get, let's get one of these. Oh my gosh. Ooh and the cheese is so melty. It's like little crusty, crunchy. Alright, just dip it right in. Give it a dunk. It's a quesadilla party time. Let's try it. Oh, I'm bringing this to like every party. I'm going to hold you to it.

I swear, if I turn my back for a second, poof! They're vanished. Better keep some on the side.
