Healthy Eating 🥑🥘🍎🥗 on Instagram: "Meghan Markle’s one pan pasta recipe 🍝 by @myhealthydish I tweaked it a bit for our taste preferences. She adds Swiss chard and Kale and I swapped out with Spinach. She boiled everything in one pan and chose to simmer the garlic and tomatoes in olive oil before adding water. Recipe. In a large skillet or pan add 3 tbsp of olive oil, 16 ounces of grape tomatoes, 4 tbsps of minced garlic and salt to taste. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes while occasionally stirring around. Next pour in one cup of water and stir the sauce to collect and clumps sticking to the pan. Then add one package of pasta and pour in about 3 cups of water. Cover with a lid and cook for 7-8 minutes. Uncover and mix pasta around so it doesn’t stick together and finish cooking for an

Claire on Instagram: "Stanley Tucci’s Favorite Zucchini Pasta: Spaghetti alla Nerano 🥒 I was slightly skeptical of this, but it’s absolutely delicious. I highly suggest adding lemon and red pepper, really takes it up a notch. Here’s how to make it: Olive oil 2 garlic cloves, crushed 2-3 small zucchini Flakey salt 1/2 lb spaghetti (plus pasta water) 1-2 T butter Parmesan cheese, freshly grated, about 3/4 cup (to taste) 4-5 basil leaves, torn Black pepper Lemon juice Red pepper 1. In a large sauté pan, heat a generous amount of olive oil over medium/low heat. (You don’t need the zucchini to be completely submerged in oil). Throw in your garlic cloves and let that flavor the oil as it heats. Once it begins to sizzle, remove from the pan and discard. 2. Bring a pot of salted water to a b
epicurious on Instagram: "The magic of this pasta sauce is all in the blender. All you need is parmesan, olive oil, and cold water. The blender does all the work—quickly emulsifying the sauce with ease—for a speedy, creamy sauce that takes cues from classic Alfredo or any of the other traditionally emulsified cheese sauces. 🎥 Video: @jesseszewczyk"

Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street on Instagram: "“The hardest recipe of my LIFE” is an accurate description of cacio e pepe: three ingredients (pasta, pepper, cheese) need to merge in a perfect, silky tangle of spaghetti coated in a light melted cheese sauce that doesn’t turn to snot. The three elements, Chris Kimball (@cpkimball) wrote, “need to forge a culinary harmony that, when perfected, makes this one of Italy’s greatest dishes.” We’ve tried developing this recipe over 30 times and even scrapped our previous version. We’d figured out that it needs to be cooked in a skillet, for maximum starch, which adds creaminess and makes the sauce cling to the noodles. What we’d forgotten to consider was the noodles themselves. For great cacio e pepe, you need spaghetti that leeches out more sta
