Mini Macarons for Valentine’s Day ❤️ Recipe: 100g egg whites (from about 3 large eggs) 100g granulated sugar (½ cup) — 135g almond flour (1 1/3 cups) 120g powdered sugar (1 cup) Gel or powdered food coloring of choice (I used @thesugarart) 1. Whip together the egg whites and sugar to firm peak. 2. Fold in the almond flour and powdered sugar just until combined. 3. Divide into 3 bowls. Add gel food coloring and mix until it flows like a ribbon. 4. Pipe then let rest 15 minutes. Bake at 325F/160C for 9-10 mins. 5.
