But ever since we've moved to the new house I've been having to readapt to my surroundings. I have fully committed to Chai this week. It's just so good. When I tell you I've been eating the same exact thing for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the past four or five days I'm not joking. I pack my oatmeal full of nutrients. Like I do not play. It's so much easier to just blend everything together whenever I put it on the stove. And then I add lots and lots of blueberries. I've been taking a shot of apple cider vinegar every single day and no it does not taste the best but I've been loving it to kick start my morning. Before my kids wake up, I like to take care of my exercise as mom like my abs have been through the ringer with three pregnancies so I'm working on them today. Just trying to strengthen them back up. Once I'm done with my workout, I like to make my green smoothie for the day. Again, I'm packing that bad boy full of all the goods. The greener, the better. I'm also low-key obsessed with avocado. I've been making my own like avocado spread for my toast. I like to put salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder and just like a splash of oat milk to give it that creamy texture. And then I topped my toast with papitas and sunflower seeds. I swear this is the best post workout pick me up. It's so good. I noticed a PR package that got dropped off at the door so I'm bringing that inside. It ended up being some self-care goodies. How did they know? I tried to dedicate myself at least one hour every single day to shower and do my self-care. And I've basically got my makeup routine down packed where I can get it done within that same exact hour as well. My next home pro is going to be Mark Hannon's room and some of his pieces have came in. I've been staying on top of Mark Hannon's hair and it's so much easier to get through and then I make sure that they get out of the house for at least an hour or two every single day.
