BUFFALO CHICKEN QUESADILLA MEAL PREP I was waiting to post this till later in the week to see how they held up. And Nick said they held up really well for him. -3 large chicken breasts • -1/2 cup @primalkitchenfoods Buffalo sauce (can add more or less) • -2 cups Lite Mexican style cheese • -4 burrito sized tortillas • -1 can black beans, drained and rinsed • -2 peppers -1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt- for serving 1. Cook and shred chicken your preferred way. For my chicken I used a crockpot on low for 6 hours (or high for 3) with some chicken broth and shredded it with a hand mixer • 2. Add beans to chicken mixture and cover in primal kitchen Buffalo sauce • 3. Mix together until fully covered • 4. Take out tortilla and layer chicken mixture, and cheese • 5. Cook over medium
