MEAL PREP BREAKFAST BURRITOS This recipe is so easy and is perfect for breakfast on the go. Makes 7 burritos: 7 tortillas (my favorite ones are the flour home style ones from Trader Joe’s. They hold up well throughout the week and after being frozen) • 12 eggs • 1/2 cup cheese • 1/2 cup diced yellow onions • 1 tsp garlic • 1 lb turkey sausage • Salt • Pepper •Red Pepper Flakes 1. Add 1 tbsp avocado oil and chopped onion to a large sauce pan with garlic and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes • 2. Once onion starts to turn translucent add in turkey sausage and break up until in crumbles • 3. Cook until no longer pink • *STRAIN OUT EXCESS WATER OR OIL FROM PAN AT THIS POINT* • 4. Add in cracked eggs one by one and mix while adding eggs in (I don’t mix the eggs before
