Btw, this was originally designed by @eforeshaan Here's a little day wise details we will go to Hanle where Day 1-2 Leh Day 3 - Drive to Karzok Day 4-5 Spend time around Karzok and acclimatise Day 6-7 Hanle Day 8-10 Merak Village Day 11-12 Nubra Day 13-15 Turtuk Day 16-19 Kargil and Suru Valley To cut down on days, you can skip going to places that don't interest you as much or just follow the circuit route!
