30min · 4 servings Smothered garlic pork chops • 4 pork chops • fresh garlic • 1 small onion • Fresh or dried rosemary • Half a stick of butter • 1 tablespoon of butter • 1/2 cup of chicken broth • 3/4-1/2 cup of heavy cream • Salt • Pepper Garlic powder How to - Season the pork chops to your liking, get a pan, add some oil and cook for about 3 minutes per side! Get a nice sear on them. Remove and set aside, add the butter, toss in your onions and let cook for a few minutes, add in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds! Sprinkle in the flour mix it very well, pour in the broth! Let that cook for 2 minutes, pour in the heavy cream, fresh rosemary and seasonings! Add back in the chops and cook for 5 minutes.
