There you go. Now, you add one box of spice cake mix. This is all you need for some delicious, healthy pumpkin bread. Two ingredient pumpkin bread. Now, we're just going to mix that up folding it together And it's going to create a perfect batter. No eggs. No oil. No added sugar. This is going to be delicious and it will surprise you. Trust me. You don't want to use your mixer on this. That's just going to end up being a disaster. You can just kind of spank it a little bit like that. Fold it in. Mhm. Alright. That is looking perfect. Nice thick batter. Smells good. This is super healthy with our pumpkin puree. Pure pumpkin. You don't need pumpkin pie. Just pure pumpkin. Goes into a pan. Here's the pan. But you're going to want to spray that pan. Alright. Spray this up. You don't want to stick. Bet you didn't know pumpkin bread was this easy. It sounds like one of those really fancy recipes that are really difficult. I would have thought it was much more complicated than this. If you've never cooked before, you can make pumpkin bread. Now we've got our two ingredients but we are going to add some nuts. You gotta have some nuts and we're just going to put them across the top. I'm using pecans. You can use whatever kind of nuts you'd like. Is that good enough? I think so. That is great. Beautiful. That's it y'all. Pumpkin bread. Two ingredients. Delicious. While that's baking. I got a little bit of pumpkin left over and look who found out we were cooking. Look at that. Alright, let's see. Let's see if we are fans of pumpkin. Do you guys like pumpkin? Can dogs eat? Yeah, dogs can have pumpkin. It's really good for 'em. Zero, here you go. What do you think? Alright, so now, we're going to make a glaze to go over the top for pumpkin bread and this is really easy to make at home. You just need confectioner sugar, powdered sugar. This is 2 cups. I've got measured out here in my bowl. Okay. We're just going to dump that right in here. Two cups of powdered sugar. Then you're going to add two tablespoons of melted butter. Alright? And you're going to take some milk or you could use half and half but we're going to use milk, three to four tablespoons. Should we do three or four? Alright, let's keep that going. Two. And make that one big. Three. Okay. So, we'll add another one if we need it. We did three. Okay. Alright and now, we're going to add some vanilla. You need 1 teaspoon of vanilla. You know, that actually says imitation vanilla. It's the same thing. I don't think it's exactly the same. It's real vanilla. You know they make imitation vanilla out of? No, but it's vanilla. You should Google it. I don't think it's it's just vanilla. So vanilla extract. Alright. And then you just stir this up. Now you just got me this handy dandy tool and I haven't used it yet but let's see if it helps with something like this. This is smart. Look at that. It fits your normal workout right there. That motion. So good. This is great. Look at how nice and smooth it is now. I like this little thing. It's basically just go up and down like that. Once again, you got your healthy cake pumpkin cake. It's actually pumpkin bread. This isn't even cake. This is so healthy. We're just going to call it pumpkin bread and you get a workout in at the same time. Multitasking. So as you push up and down like that, it spins the the whisk right here. There we go. That looks beautiful. Alright, we got our glaze. I think that means that our cake is ready to come out of the oven. We're going to pour the glaze over the top and do a taste test. Yes. Y'all that? You smell it all the way where you're from? Yes. If you had smell of vision, you would know how delicious this is going to be before we even take it out of the oven. Look at that. Can you believe this was just two ingredients? Just spice cake and puree pumpkin. That's it. Wow. I cannot wait to cut a slice of this and of course, we have our our glaze. Let's grab a plate. Hold that for me please. Alright. Alright, let's see.
