RECIPE - Makes 1 pizza INGREDIENTS: 1 tortilla *I used a Hero tortilla toppings of choice *I used turkey pepperoni, Canadian bacon and turkey sausage crumbles 1/3 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese 2 Tbsp pizza sauce oregano crushed red pepper flakes DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. 2. Place meat toppings in the skillet first followed by the cheese. *Do this in a circular shape about the size of your tortilla. 3. Spread the pizza sauce on the tortilla and then immediately place it on top of the cheese, sauce side down. 4. Flip it over and let it cook for a few minutes or until the bottom is browned and crispy.
