5 Min Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls in the Airfryer! Low Carb + Sugar Free | By Low Carb Love | Literally taste like a normal cinnamon roll. Hey, guys. Welcome back to my channel. So, I have been on a major cinnamon roll kick, okay? So, today, we're going to make pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls. Um they're going to be very much like pumpkin pie if pumpkin pie and cinnamon rolls had a baby. This could be it right here but we're going to make it low carb. We are going to make it weight loss friendly and it's also diabetic friendly, okay? But the best part of it all is that it's super easy like literally from start to finish, this is like a ten-minute recipe. Cinnamon has nothing on this but the best part is that they are actually good for you, okay? So, very very simple ingredients. Believe it or not, these are going to be made with low-carb tortillas, okay? So, these are low-carb flour tortillas, very minimal ingredients at that. We have our cream cheese. Now, for this recipe, I would not use whipped cream cheese. I've tried it. It works but it does get a little messier. So, I would say use regular cream cheese whether, you know, just regular cream cheese not whipped and then, we have a little bit of pumpkin puree. We have some brown sugar. This is like a brown sugar substitute. So, brown sugar sweetener and then, of course, We got pumpkin pie and cinnamon. So that's it. I'm going to show you really quickly. So all you're going to do is lay out your tortillas and then your pumpkin puree. Now remember if you're trying to keep this super low carb and you're you know in your little weight loss journey and you're really really trying to stick to low carb then you want to make sure it's pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling. The pumpkin pie filling has like over thirty grams of sugar pumpkin puree very very low carb. So we're going to go and add this right in. The first time I made these, I actually did a layer of cream cheese and then a layer of pumpkin but I figured why not just kind of mix it into the cream cheese and then, that way, we just do like one layer, you know? This is one of the easiest recipes to make that is definitely like it gives you that wow factor, you know? There aren't too many recipes where you're like, wow. This is one of them. This is for sure a recipe that if you have like a family member try that is not low carb. They'll be like No way is this low carb. It's that, it's really that good. So, we're going to go ahead and just do all three of them. Make sure we get like a nice, good, even layer, okay and once they're all spread, then, we'll move on to the next. Just the right amount, a good layer all the way across. And believe it or not, these cinnamon rolls have the real texture of cinnamon rolls. I don't know how to explain it like these cinnamon, these cinnamon rolls actually feel like you're biting into a regular cinnamon roll from like cinnamon. Ain't that crazy? I know. I know. Trust me. The first time I was so skeptical of this recipe, I was like, mmm I don't know but no, it really does. It really does. So, if you make these, come back and let me know because I love to hear what you guys have to say. Okay. So, I have cream cheese on all of them. Now, we're going to go ahead and sprinkle some brown sugar. This is a brown sugar sweetener, okay? So, it has stevia in it. So, it's actually a lot sweeter than regular brown sugar. Um I just like it because I love brown sugar and obviously, brown sugar is all sugar so the fact that they made like a little sweetener version now I can use it like for chocolate chip cookies you can use it for things like this because I feel like brown sugar just adds such a great flavor to things okay so now we're going to go in with a little bit of cinnamon and we're also going to do some pumpkin pie spice to add to that pumpkin flavor because yeah, pumpkin puree doesn't actually have a lot of flavor. It's it definitely comes from the pumpkin pie spice and now, this is how you're going to assemble, okay? So, we have one down. This little guy is going to go right on top. Okay? And then this guy right on top of this one. Okay and you can actually you can actually make this just a double but I'm doing a triple because I wanted more of like that bread like the cinnamon breadiness that you get you know what I mean when you're eating a cinnamon roll I kind of you know I wanted more of that feel so I did three but trust me with two you still it's it's still a 10 out of ten Okay and now, you're just going to start rolling it, okay? So, just so you see, it's just kind of like a little burrito. Tuck in the little very tip and then just start rolling. It doesn't matter if it gets a little crinkly. Trust me, it will not matter. Now, for this next step, you're going to need a little bit of butter and this is important because it's what it's going to give it the color on the outside, okay? So, let me melt this. So, we have our melted butter and add a little bit of brown sugar in there and a tiny bit of the pumpkin pie spice. I'm sure going to do cinnamon but on Okay. So, before we add our butter, we are going to cut our cinnamon rolls. And you're going to cut em as thick or as thin as you like. I don't want em too thick or too thin. I feel like somewhere in the middle is where we want to be. And now, we're going to add our butter, okay? Look at that. This not only adds flavor but it really helps for the color on the outside and you'll see what I'm talking about once they go in. Okay, now I'm going to use my silicone, a little silicone mold. And I'm going to place them all in here. Alright, so now, we're going to go in with this butter. Now, do you have to do this? No, but it's definitely going to give you more of a real cinnamon roll experience. Now, we're going to place our cinnamon rolls right into our air fryer. Okay and this is going to go in air fry 400 degrees for going to put it for 8 minutes. Alright, guys. So, while our cinnamon rolls are in the air fryer, I'm going to go ahead and take my probiotics and prebiotics. If you guys been following me for a while, you know, my seed is literally my go to. This is obviously optional and you definitely don't need to pour them right over especially if you were thinking of like freezing these and then bringing them out, stick 'em in the air fryer. These, you could definitely do that. Put them all into a freezer-safe bag or bowl, whatever than when you want to get. One for the day. Um throw it into the air fryer and then put your little glaze and you have a super fresh cinnamon roll. Okay, this probably needs to be a little thinner to drizzle but we're going to give it a try either way. This just has a little bit of butter, a little bit of cream cheese, and then sweetener. Okay, so there's only one thing left to do and that is, oh my god, to choose which one I'm going to bite. Okay, this one here looks extra Kirsby. Look at this. Like are you kidding me? What? Cheers. No way. Guys, the inside literally taste like a normal cinnamon roll. You would never think this is made with a tortilla ever. The texture is like bread. I think it's a combination of all the ingredients. Also, having the layers in there.
