The buns are fried till crispy and steamed for a short time and they have such a juicy interior. They're made in 30 min and reheat well for later. Make sure to try them! Makes 6 buns: For the dough: -250 gr flour -250 gr Greek yogurt -1/2 tsp salt -1 tsp baking powder -2 spring onions sliced -Mix everything together except for the spring onions and knead until you have a smooth dough. Add flour if it's too sticky. Devide the dough into 6 pieces and roll out. -Top with spring onions and press them into the dough. Roll the dough out and fill with the filling. Dumpling filling: -
