Just want em to get nice and heated up and a little bit browned and heated. We're going to put it on our paper towel lined and we're going to do this with about a dozen tortillas. Beautiful. We'll place our tortillas to the side to let them cool and I'm going to bring in my one pound of lean ground beef inside our large bowl. In there, I'm going to add about one fourth a cup of onion and then one can of my green chilies. I did the mild so that it wouldn't be hot. Now, we're going to season this up with our chili powder and we're season this generously. We want kind of like a Mexican feel to this. We're going to add a little bit of salt. Not too much because we don't want it to be too salty but it will add some nice flavour that I think is necessary for this easy dish. Now I'm going to finish this off with some garlic powder. Heavy on the garlic powder and I have my gloves on because we are going to mush this together just like you would with the meatloaf but this is going to be way better than some meatloaf. This is going to have some great flavor. It's going to go well with our tortillas and I think it's going to be great for lunch, for game day. If you just want a quick simple meal that everyone will enjoy. So, let's go ahead and make sure this gets fully combined. Alright and that looks perfect. We're going to move that to the side and we're going to place our tortillas right onto our cutting board just like so. We'll start off with four just because that's what fits and I'm going to grab some of that mixture that we just made and we're going to place that right on one side of our fried tortilla just like that. We're going to add about a scoop of that meat onto each of our fajita tortillas. So quick and so easy. The meat smells really good from those onions and that seasoning and I love anything fried so those tortillas are smelling incredible but we're going to go ahead and get this nice and ready. That looks about right. On the other side of our tortilla, we're going to add a little bit of refried beans. Now, if you don't like refried beans, you can skip the refried beans but I think it's going to add a great little texture to our Mexican-inspired dish. So, I'm placing that right on there kind of just like we did with our ground beef mixture but with our refried beans. Alright, let's quickly get this done. The only thing this is missing is of course some cheese. Now I'm using the Till 'em up four cheese Mexican and we're just placing that right in between our beef and our refried beans. You can add as much or as little as you like. You can use whatever cheese you like but this cheese is really what's going to make this an incredible meal. Okay, I think that looks about right. We still, you know, need to make a few more. So, the last thing we're going to do with these is we're going to fold them up just like this. Super easy. The refried beans kind of keeps that all together and we're making kind of like a taco with our fajita tortillas. Oh yeah. Look at that. Easy as can be. Alright and now we're just going to put these right onto our sheet pan just like so and these are going to go in the oven at 350 for about 25 minutes. Alright. I took these out and let them cool. They look absolutely delicious and crispy. Our sheet pan tacos. Now I'm going to grab my platter with my sour cream and salsa and we're going to go ahead and transfer our tacos right onto our platter just like so. Alright to finish our taco platter. I'm just going to sprinkle some cilantro on our crispy sheet pan tacos. Oh my goodness. I am so excited to try these. Yummy. Alright, I'm going to grab this guy right here and I'm going to dip mine in some sour cream 'cuz that's my preference and let's give this a try. That is so good you guys. You have to try it.
