Bike run

The Tour de France is the crown jewel of the WorldTour calendar. Over the course of three weeks, all eyes are on professional cycling’s best riders as they push their bodies to the limit for more than 2,000 miles. It’s a race that demands respect, inspires awe, and requires an unbelievable amount of prep work—by teams and the individual riders.

For me a warm weather camp just before i start my season is perfect. I can dial in any training or areas i may be lacking giving me the confidence for the the races to come. Its amazing how some vitamin D does to morale on and off the bike especially after a winter of rain snow and wind. The sun really reminds you of what summer will be like and rhat it really isnt far away.
