Jo and Bart on Instagram: "Easiest Creamy Mushroom Pasta 🍝 Will you love it as much as we do ? 😍 Ingredients: 10 oz - 300g Linguine 2 tbsp Olive oil 1 oz - 30g butter 1 onion 7 oz - 200g mushrooms 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp garlic powder 1 cup - 240 ml cream 2 oz - 60g mozzarella A few basil leaves Instructions: Cook the linguine in salted boiling water. Keep some of the cooking water, then drain and set aside. Heat olive oil and butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the chopped onion and cook until it turns translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and continue cooking until they become tender. Stir in the tomato paste, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and heavy cream. Mix well until the sauce is homogeneous. 1. 1/2 pound pasta cooked al dente - 2 minutes less than box instructions. Will cook longer in the sauce .
2. 1.5 cup cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half .
3. 3 tablespoons olive oil
4. 5-6 large minced garlic
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
6. 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
7. 1 teaspoon oregano
8. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
9. 1/4 cup dry white wine or broth
10. 2 tablespoons tomato paste
11. 1 cup heavy whipping cream
12. 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
13. Handful of basil sliced into ribbons
14. Small Mozzarella balls - I used marinaded mozzarella ball but you can use plain as well .
