Chicken marinate: - 6lb chicken wings - 3 tbsp golden mountain soy - 3 tbsp oyster sauce - 2 tbsp chicken bouillon - 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine - 4 tbsp veg oil - 1 tbsp white pepper - 1 tbsp sugar - 1 tbsp fish sauce - 1/2 tbsp msg - 1 egg FLOUR MIX: - 1 cup corn starch - 1 cup rice flour - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tbsp salt, MSG, white pepper, garic powder, and onion powder S&P mixture: - 1 tsp msg, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp white pepper, 1/2 tsp sugar Instructions: 1. If too thick add a tiny bit of water at a time. Temperature and extra moisture from chicken may cause excessive water so slowly add flour and water little by little. 6. Drop chicken in and Fry for 7-8 mins, lower to medium. Take out chicken, let it rest for 2, then double fry till internal temp reaches 165. 7.
