• 1 lb Okra, fresh

• 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh

• 1/2 tsp Thyme, dried

• 1 (14-ounce) can Tomatoes

• 2 cups Yellow onion

Canned Goods

• 4 cups Shrimp or chicken stock

Condiments

• 1 tsp Hot sauce

Baking & Spices

• 1 cup All-purpose flour

• 1 tsp Cajun or creole seasoning

• 1 tsp Salt

• 1/2 tsp White pepper, ground
