• 1/2 cup Green bell pepper
• 1 Onion, medium
• 1 cup Onion

• 1 Gumbo file

• 1 Hot sauce
Pasta & Grains
• 1 Perfect steamed rice

• 1 cup All-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp Creole or cajun seasoning
