• 1 lb Flank steak
• 2 oz Jamon serrano
• 8 oz Salt cured pork pieces
• 8 oz Spanish chorizo, dried and cured

• 2 cups Cabbage
• 2 15-oz cans Garbanzo or cannellini beans
• 6 Garlic cloves
• 2 Potatoes
• 1 White onion, large
Canned Goods
• 8 cups Chicken stock or bone broth
Baking & Spices
• 2 packets Saffron
• 1 Salt and freshly cracked pepper
Oils & Vinegars
• 1/4 cup Olive oil, extra virgin
Other
• 1 tablespoon of Abuela’s sazon
• 1 cup Of calabaza, peeled and diced into 1-inch pieces
