GRANDMA’S SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS (gf, df)✨ the best homemade spaghetti and meatballs I’ve ever had!! Our simple sauce and meatballs get cooked loooow and sloooow for 3-4 hours, which results in a deeply flavorful sauce and the most tender meatballs. Family recipes are so special and this one comes from Kyle’s gramma Joan! Its one that I’m looking forward to making for my own kids someday and I’m so excited to be sharing it with you!
Ingredients:
Spaghetti Sauce
(1) 28 oz can tomato sauce
14 oz water
32 oz tomato juice
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon coconut sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 bay leaves
Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
