A simple flavorful salad that pairs with just about everything! Start with the basics -- romaine, cucumbers, red onion and tomatoes-- then add olives, some feta (optional if dairy free) and toss with our go to salad dressing, Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes
• 1/2 Cucumber
• 1 Garlic powder
• 1 5 oz container Leafy greens or romaine lettuce, mixed
• 1/2 Red onion, thin, then halved
Condiments
• 1 1/2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
