It's made with a red metallic deco mesh base, accented with pink and black ruffles and curls. It's finished with a large coordinating bow, premium wired ribbon, deco mesh rope, foam ball accents, and a metal Valentine's Day heart. This wreath measures approximately 27" across (ribbon tip to ribbon tip) and 8-9" deep. This wreath can be placed outdoors, but I do recommend it be placed under a covered porch. Please secure the wreath from the elements, Gone with the Wind was the name of a movie, not what I want to happen to your wreath. The mesh is waterproof but the ribbon is not.
