Another cracking Friday Night Feast recipe from Jamie Oliver. A blushing and tender seared fillet of beef, smothered in rich mushroom duxelle, all wrapped up in a vibrant green pancake and golden puff pastry parcel – seriously impressive.
Ingredients
Meat
• 230 g Centre fillet of beef
Produce
• 100 g Baby spinach
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 250 g Mushrooms, mixed
• 20 g Porcini or shiitake mushrooms, dried
• 2 Red onion
• 2 sprigs Rosemary, fresh
• 2 sprigs Thyme, fresh
Refrigerated
• 2 Egg, large free-range
Canned Goods
• 500 ml Beef stock, organic
Condiments
• 1 heaped tsp Blackcurrant jam
• 1 heaped tsp English mustard
• 1 Gravy
Baking & Spices
• 1 Mug self-raising flour
• 1 heaped tbsp Plain flour
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 Olive oil

• 1 Pancakes

• 1 Mug semi-skimmed milk
