Ingredients: 1 cup frozen raspberries 1 cup pineapple juice ½ cup coconut cream (not coconut milk!) ½ cup white rum (adjust to taste) 1 cup crushed ice 1 tbsp simple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness) Instructions: Blend It Up – Add all ingredients into a blender, starting with liquids first. Blend Until Smooth – Mix on high for 30-60 seconds until creamy and thick. Taste & Adjust – Add more simple syrup if needed, or more ice for a thicker texture. Serve & Garnish – Pour into a glass, garnish with fresh raspberries, a pineapple wedge, or shredded coconut.
