It worked really well, but oven bake is a bit sturdier (and more expensive.) ✨larger holes are best. Too small and thick stems, like from dahlias, won’t fit. ✨ allow to dry completely and seal well with a clear @rustoleum spray to keep it waterproof. Make sure you cover every square inch as unsealed air dry clay will absorb water and crumble. Any questions? Feel free to ask below! And I’d love to hear what you think!!! I’m just over here living vicariously through all of you that have spring blooms as ours have barely even poked thro

Paint 5 small dots of pink. 2. Use a wet brush to pull the pink dots out for petals 3. Tap a bit more pink onto the dots and let it spread into the wet petals. 4. Repeat these steps with blue for a second flower. 5. With a contrasting colour, paint lines from the centre of the flower into the centre tip of each petal. 6. Tap a wet brush into the middle of the flower to bleed the colour in to each other. This will create a third colour in your flower 😊 7. Paint some thin green lines as stems and then flatten your brush in to the paper and drag upwards for leaves. Gift to someone special! And if you’d like a

Start with lots of water and lots of Indian yellow, so that the trumpet shape sits like a puddle on the paper, then you’ll have plenty of time to shape the rest and add wet-in-wet shadows. #watercolorsketch #watercolorflorals #artreel #watercolourpainting #aquarelle #watercolorflowers"
