By allowing the shoulder to move during the tricep extension, you are able to really lengthen through the tricep and the long head. You could also do this standing up using cables. 2. Iso hold- this exercise is harder than it looks! While one arm is working, the other one is in an isometric contraction. Lots of time under tension in this exercise. 3. The well timed pause! Try, pausing just a second longer at the top of your tricep kickbacks and really give that muscle a squeeze. 4.
