I can’t even believe I’m saying this either because I am not a cottage cheese fan. 📝While the flatbread was cooking, I chopped up some lettuce, provolone cheese, pepperoni, ham, salami and tomato. Then I drizzled on a little oil & vinegar and sprinkled on some salt & pepper. I added that to half of the flatbread, rolled it up and cut it in half.
